How long do I have to activate my ATT phone?
Phone service must be activated within 14 days of shipment or service may be canceled or interrupted to protect your information.
If you have already accepted the Terms and Conditions, AT&T may activate for you within 7 days of shipment. You may use our Guide To Activation to activate your device.
Does AT&T SIM expire?
A prepaid account is automatically closed if the account balance is $0 for more than 60 days. Once your account is closed, the SIM card is deactivated. As noted above, you need to open a new account with a new SIM card and a new number.
