What is Square Card?
Square Card is a free business expense card that is connected to your Square balance. Take a payment, and the money you earn is reflected in your balance. You can spend that money with your Square Card anywhere internationally that Mastercard® cards are accepted (including in person, online and at ATMs).

- Go to the Balance section of your online Square Dashboard.
- Select one of your locations under Locations.
- Select the gear icon > select Square Checking.
- Click on Activate physical card.
- Enter the confirmation code sent to the email address associated with your Square account.

The bank account linking and verification process usually takes a few minutes, but for some banks it can take up to 4 business days. After your account is fully verified, we’ll send transfers according to your transfer schedule.
