  1. Log into the NAB app on your device.
  2. Tap the Menu icon in the top left-hand corner.
  3. In the list, tap Cards.
  4. Your new card will say ‘Activate’. Tap the card.
  5. To activate your card, tap Activate card.
  6. Enter the last eight digits of your card. Tap Next set a PIN.
  7. Enter a four-digit PIN.
  8. Re-enter your four-digit PIN.

What is my NAB card number?

Your NAB Identification number (NAB ID) is located on the back of your NAB card and can be found on the left hand side above the magnetic stripe. Some cards do not have an NAB ID; however, you can still validate your online purchase by providing other information available to you, like your credit limit.

  1. Login to NAB Internet Banking.
  2. Select Transfer & Pay from the action menu (…) for the transaction account you wish to pay from.
  3. Select the credit card account you wish to pay.

Age – You will need to be minimum 18 years of age to apply for a Credit Card. Even if you are an add-on Credit Card holder, the age limit needs to be met.
