After signing up, your child’s debit card will be sent to you by mail. You’ll receive your kids’ debit card within 7-9 business days after signing up. One quick note: To keep the account secure, GoHenry cards can only be delivered to the address that you register with.

How do I add my GoHenry card to Apple Pay? If you’re 13 or older and have a GoHenry account, you can easily add your card to Apple Pay the next time you log into the GoHenry app. You can also add your card from the Apple Wallet app on your iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad or Mac.

Your child can retrieve their card PIN themselves either on the app or on the website.

As long as your child is within their weekly spending limits, they can use their card online for gaming and several other sites. If they want to buy through large e-commerce sites like Amazon, eBay, Etsy and PayPal, kids can only use these sites with the involvement of a parent.

We currently charge one low monthly fee of £3.99 per month per child. This includes one free monthly top-up and gives you access to all of the features of GoHenry, including the children’s debit card, paid tasks, parental controls, and more.
Can I transfer money to a GoHenry account?
Parents and kids each have their own GoHenry account number and sort code. This means you can top up your parent account or transfer money to your child using a bank transfer. Please remember that we only receive bank transfers Monday to Friday and they can take up to 24 working hours to process.
Can you send money on a GoHenry card?
Once you’ve created a Giftlink, family and friends can use it to send money straight to your child’s gohenry account. It’s perfect for birthdays and celebrations, and is also a great way for family members to contribute to your child’s pocket money.
How do I check my card info on GoHenry?
Login to your GoHenry account on the website and click on your child’s name and then ‘Statement’ where you’ll see the transactions for the previous 12 months. If you’re on the mobile app, click on ‘Money’ & ‘Card’ where you’ll see the transactions for the previous eight weeks in date order.
