Where is the pin on a John Lewis gift card?
Gift cards and e-gift cards can be used for orders placed through our Customer Service centre on 03456 100 337. We will simply ask you at time of purchase for the gift card number and the PIN. For gift cards, the PIN is on the back of the gift card and is visible after removing the silver scratch panel.
Can I cash in a John Lewis gift card?
E-gift cards can be purchased online (£1 minimum value). Consumer gift cards and e-gift cards have a maximum value of £500. Gift cards and e-gift cards card cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not give change or refunds on gift cards or e-gift cards.

The Gift Card will expire 24 months from purchase or last use. Making a purchase or a balance enquiry refreshes the 24-month expiry period.

There are no restrictions on when your e-Gift card can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date and time of your choosing. You can specify an exact time down to the minute! Delivery of your e-Gift card by email is free of charge.
How do I redeem my John Lewis points?
We redeem points three times a year – February, June and October – and we send vouchers in the post by the end of the following month. Vouchers are issued in multiples of 500 points. Every 500 points entitles you to a £5 voucher. Unredeemed points are carried forward.
Can I use multiple John Lewis gift cards online?
